I bought the large version of this pillow because I’m in the Army and go to the field quite a lot. I like my creature comforts when I’m out there. The size was perfect and is comparable or just very slightly smaller than a normal bed pillow. Once I took it out of the packaging the pillow instantly fluffed up, I also gave it a little help. From what I can tell the pillow will work for what I need it to.

Be aware that when removing some of the Stuffing so it wasn’t so fluffy- I found used/crushed peanut shells inside with the Stuffing. Really not good if you have a peanut allergy, especially since you lay your face on it.Other than that, after removing some of the Stuffing, pillow is what I was looking for. The travel case string wasn’t included so it’s just a plastic bag, squishes up well to with.

Give yourself some time to air out because smell is very strong after opening. This is a compressible, shredded memory foam pillow. It doesn’t inflate as the review asks to rate on.

Good sized pillow that packs down well. Delivered on Thursday and used Friday and Saturday night. No complaints other than I wish it was a little thicker.

I love my pillow, it is a little big as far as packing goes so I’m not sure i would use this for backpacking. But for camping or just a travel pillow it works great.
